Margaret Lapiz is a seasoned health care executive with over 24 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, and board leadership, primarily at Kaiser Permanente.

She is known for her innovative approaches to health care delivery, having spearheaded various initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, productivity, patient care, and technology integration.

Apart from her corporate achievements, Margaret is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded several health and social enterprise ventures including Prep Medico, Diversity in Health Professions, and Under One Roof.

Margaret Lapiz has been recognized for her contributions to the health care industry, being selected for the esteemed Health Innovators Fellowship by the Aspen Institute in 2016.

With deep experience in serving on corporate, large institution, and non-profit boards, Margaret has played key roles in facilitating communication between CEOs and Board Chairs, as well as contributing her expertise to committees focusing on retirement, investment, audit, and finance.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
