Margaret Knuth is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Marine Science from the University of Miami. Margaret has a diverse range of experiences in various organizations, including her current role as Chief Program Manager for the US Antarctic Program at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Prior to this, she served as the Antarctic Operations Manager also at the NSF. Margaret has previously worked as a Civil Engineer at the US Army, ERDC-CRREL, a Research Engineer at Stevens Institute of Technology, and an Environmental Policy Specialist (Knauss Fellow) at the NSF Office of Polar Programs.
