Margaret Irving is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education from Stanford University, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town, among other qualifications.
