Marcy Schwab

Marcy Schwab is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in high-level positions in the financial, technology, and consulting industries. After earning a High School Diploma from Pikesville High, Schwab continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a BSE in Systems Engineering. She then pursued her MBA in Business at The Wharton School and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.

Throughout her career, Schwab has worked in various roles, including Senior Business Director and Vice President at Capital One, where she managed consumer segment lending for the financial institution. Additionally, she has worked as a consultant at BCG and as an analyst at Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman), where she advised companies on strategic decision-making.

Other roles she has held include Chief of Staff to the CEO of The Reserve Trust Company, Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC, and Vice President of retail banking at Sallie Mae. She is currently the President of Inspired Leadership, LLC, where she helps successful people and companies achieve their goals by fostering a culture of trust and encouraging creativity and personal development.

Schwab has worked with many notable clients, including Visa, AECOM, RoadSync, Cartica Management, StreetShares, Reserve Trust, Hilton, The Securities and Exchange Commission, and WPP/Group M. She has also held positions on a number of boards, including being a former member of the board of directors and chair of the Audit Committee at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) f/k/a BankMobile.
