Marcy Levy Shankman is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience as a leadership and organizational development consultant.

Having served in roles such as Leadership Coach and Strategist for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Marcy now holds the prestigious position of Chief Organizational Learning Officer, focusing on designing and implementing a system-wide learning agenda.

With a background in emotional intelligence, strategic planning, visioning, and leadership coaching, Marcy leverages her extensive experience to provide leadership support, strategic advisement, and professional learning opportunities at all levels within the organization.

Grounded in trust, theory, and values-based approaches, Marcy's work is underpinned by the goal of translating leadership and organizational development theory into practical applications.

Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. from Indiana University Bloomington, an M.A. from the University of Maryland, and a BA from The College of William and Mary. Marcy also operates her consulting firm, MLS Consulting, LLC.
