The Junior Common Room Committee (JCRC), is the hall’s undergraduate council body. It organises and manages all student related activities in hall and looks after the welfare of hall residents. The JCRC also works closely with the SCRC (Senior Common Room Committee) to ensure that events are able to be carried out and the residents needs are met and their voices heard.As the Social Director, I oversee the internal social affairs of the Hall with the aid of 7 Block Committees, Social Committee and Workplace Safety & Health.

Due to COVID-19, RHOC 20/21 had to be adapted online, presenting a different set of challenges as compared to the previous years of orientation camps. It is a 3 Day e-orientation program designed to introduce Freshmen to the hall● Led a team of 40 members to facilitate orientation of over 300 Freshmen, broaden their social circles and assist the transition to Residential Life ● Directed and delegated tasks to the programs and logistics directors to ensure smooth event flow while planning for unexpected contingencies
