Marcus Young is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in establishing programs that create peaceful change in restricted access zones and conflict regions worldwide. He has a passion for aligning spheres of influence such as arts, government, and business to empower children as the next generation of leaders, reshape conflict-torn regions, and innovate justice solutions. Marcus has worked on various initiatives, including award-winning homes for trafficked children, socially conscious businesses, indigenously staffed schools, and strategies for demobilizing children in rebel groups. He has also launched several web-based fundraising and awareness initiatives for child soldiers, including PROJECT AK-47.

Marcus's professional experience includes perpetrator reconciliation, international fundraising, donor communications, economics for indigenous regions, nonprofit management, governance, leadership coaching, philanthropic entrepreneurial ventures, justice theology and teaching, development, and child protection in conflict regions. He is the CEO of Inheritance Fire and previously worked as a Consulting Specialist at Marcus J Young Strategies and Founder of PROJECT AK-47.
