Entertainment Parks (Parks and Resorts Scandinavia, Liseberg)  and Arenas (Ericsson Globe, Tele2 arena, Hovet, annexet with others)
-	Responsible for managing and developing principals' volume, profitability and share of market development.
-	Develop, monitor and achieve union volume, revenue, cost and profit budgets.
-	Continually analyze the customers' development in order to identify gaps and opportunities
-	Responsible for the management, daily coaching, development and recruitment of staff
-	Part of the Executive group for the Commercial organization in Sweden.

-	The total size of my business unit is 1,5 billion SEK/year.

-	Negotiation, performance and cost responsible for Local and Central Wholesalers (Axfood Snabbgross, Martin Olsson Cash, Martin Servera, Svensk cater, Lundbergs/Solnakorv, Privab with others.)
-	Responsible Gröna Lunds Tivoli and Viking Line.
My work involves:
-	Strategic business plans and customer-specific campaigns.
-	Develop beverage category for each customer.
-	Work everyday with a target to increase sales, profit and market shares.
-	Actively work and provide 20 Account managers in the Stockholm area with customized campaigns and important information to maximize our sales to the final customer and consumer.
-	The account size 350 million SEK.

- Successful launch of Monster Energy and Coca-Cola Life (Coca-Cola Green) in Sweden.

Awarded Senior Account Manager of the year 2013 at Coca-Cola Sweden Awards. The same year our sales organization was awarded the best in Sweden.

Responsible  Out of Home customers in an area south of Stockholm

Account Manager

-	Performance and cost responsible for customers in the home channel. Among them 3 of Sweden’s top 10 grocery stores in total sales. (1)Coop Forum Bromma and (3)City Gross Bromma. 
-	Implementing brand, customer plans and strategies to achieve volume, profitability and market shares.
-      Maximized distribution. Aimed to maximize our distribution based on central agreements.
-      Successful launch of Burn Energy drink, Glacéau Vitaminwater and Coca-Cola Zero in Sweden
- Maximized visibility in stores. Intentified where opportunities where in each store and secure additional space.  Constantly increased visibility with POS-materials and displays.
- Teamwork , sharing my knowledge. Builded cases and shared insights with my team and colleagues in the sales organization. Worked closely towards and togheter with our marketing team to develop and perform well in new ways. Developed new ways of working, new materials and new combos.
