Marcus Lim

Marcus Lim is a seasoned electrician with over a decade of experience specializing in electrical construction, commercial PV systems, mechanical electrical, and building automation controls installation.

As the owner of Marcse Group, Marcus leads operations in various areas including domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations, commercial and residential solar PV systems, EV charging stations, standalone/off-grid power systems, and project management and consulting services.

His core values revolve around delivering high-quality workmanship, exceeding customer expectations, ensuring seamless project delivery, fostering a diverse team culture, and nurturing the professional growth of employees.

Marcus was honored with the CEC Design and Installation award in 2017 for his exceptional work on a 163kW Solar PV installation at the Sports Centre, University of Melbourne, Parkville. Following this success, he has further honed his expertise by managing complex commercial solar, off-grid, and EV charging station systems.

With a background in Renewable Energy from Swinburne University of Technology and Electrotechnology from Victoria University, Marcus has held key roles at reputable organizations including Marcse Group, Gippsland Solar/RACV Solar, EnviroGroup, Lean Energy, and Controltech Oceania Pty Ltd. Additionally, he has served as an Infantry Soldier - Reserves at the Australian Army.
