Marcus has held several key roles within the Monetary Authority Of Singapore (MAS), including Executive Director of Banking Department I and Head of Payments and Infrastructure Division. He has also served as the Head of Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Assistant Director of MAS, where he developed innovative policies and strategies aimed at promoting financial stability and protecting Singapore's economy from external shocks.

Throughout his career, Marcus has demonstrated his expertise in financial regulation, risk management, and international financial institutions. He brings exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to his work, along with a deep understanding of the global financial landscape.
