His educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Assurance from the United States Military Academy.
Marcus Brakewood's career has been marked by his leadership in driving change, from the introduction of Active Directory to the evolution of data center virtualization, consumerization of IT, cloud migration, and the embrace of agile delivery methods.
Currently, his focus is on leading infrastructure and security teams to confront the growing threat posed by cybercrime monetization, particularly in combatting issues like Ransomware.
