Marcos Franco is a seasoned professional in the outdoor recreation industry with over 7 years of experience in various roles at REI. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Washington and his Associate of Arts in General Studies from Columbia Basin College. Marcos is a driven individual with a passion for the outdoors and is interested in advancing his expertise in business analysis and product ownership. Having worked in accounting, finance and as a commissioned sales associate early in his career, Marcos brings a well-rounded skill set to his current role as a Senior Business Process Analyst at REI. Marcos strongly believes that the outdoors have a significant impact on people's happiness and wellbeing and is motivated to devote his career to the industry.
