Marcos Dias

Marcos Dias is an experienced Tech Lead with over 12 years of experience in the creation of digital products. With a strong background in developing systems, integrating different technologies and architectures, Dias has become an expert in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality products for different business areas. He has worked for medium and large ERPs, fintechs, and even as a freelancer.

Dias has developed his skills in team management, assembling and developing teams, and maintaining a healthy work environment. He's been an IT Coordinator, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Technical Sales Account, among other roles of responsibility. Notably, he was Head of Technology at Vetus, where he led the engineering team's vision and development of new products, and later moved on to Petlove.com.br as Tech Lead.

Dias received his formal education at Unicesumar and Universidade Estácio de Sá, both in the field of Analytical Systems of Computing. He's acquired a broad expertise in software development, product management, team management, and agile methodologies throughout his career.
