Marco Voormolen is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-founder of The Next School, an education-focused startup based in the Netherlands.12 He joined the company as the third co-founder in late 2017, taking on the role of CTO.1 Marco leads digital transformations, governance, and dashboarding projects, helping educational institutions improve their management information systems and associated organizational processes.2
Prior to co-founding The Next School, Marco worked as a 'problem solver' for the college of Mayor and Aldermen in Rotterdam, where he developed skills in handling politically sensitive situations.2 He studied History at Erasmus University Rotterdam.23
