Marco Roca

Marco Roca is a seasoned hospitality executive with a wealth of international experience spanning business development, real estate investment and development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, valuation, management, and consulting. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds citizenship in the United States, Mexico, and France.
Marco graduated with an impressive 3.9/4.0 GPA from The University of Georgia and also attended Marist School.
He currently serves as the Vice President Of Development at both Aimbridge Hospitality & Evolution Hospitality. Previously, he was the Co-Founder & Partner at Reveille Hospitality and the Founder at Palindrome Hospitality. Marco has held various positions at Trust Hospitality LLC, including Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy, Director of Business Development & Corporate Strategy, and Director Of Business Development. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant at Horwath HTL and also as an Analyst at Horwath HTL.
Marco Roca's early career involved roles in investment banking with a focus on real estate, gaming, and lodging at J.P. Morgan. He also gained experience as an Investment Intern at CENTURY 21®, a Strategy Intern at Intex, and a Summer Intern at Senator Johnny Isakson.
Beyond his corporate roles, Marco is actively involved in industry organizations. He serves as a board member for the Latino Hotel Association and holds the Co-Chairman position for the Urban Land Institute’s Florida and Caribbean Hospitality and Recreational Development Council.
