Marco Reiners

Marco Reiners is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the field of international business and management.

He holds a BA in International Business and completed the Aon Hewitt Leader's Insights program at the prestigious Harvard Business School. Additionally, he earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.

Marco has held various key positions throughout his career, primarily at Aon, where he has showcased his expertise and leadership skills. He has served as a Partner and Account Executive for Global Clients, demonstrating his ability to manage and cater to the needs of international organizations.

His previous roles at Aon include Account Executive for Global Clients, Global Automotive Lead, Partner, Market Leader for Performance & Reward in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and being a part of the Management Board. Marco has also been the Practice Lead for Rewards and Global Rewards Consulting across multiple countries, showcasing his extensive knowledge in these areas.

Prior to his tenure at Aon, Marco Reiners honed his skills as the Head of Global Rewards Consulting for Germany and Austria, as well as a European Key Account Manager and Senior Rewards Consultant. He also gained experience at ORC Worldwide as a Senior Consultant and Deputy Head of Office, specializing in international compensation.
