Working at Budget, Planning and Supervision unit at DG Education and Culture. 
My roles are from the conception till implementation of  new dashboards to help the supervision and implementation of Erasmus+ programme. 
Main projects were:
- Project monitoring, providing to the 52 national agencies a dashboard to monitor the live cycle of the applications submitted to the universities. 
- Erasmus+ Interactive mobility map, project that display to the citizen the impact of the Erasmus+ programme in the world.
 
Technologies being used are Qlikview, Qlik GeoAnalytics, QlikSense, Javascript, Leaflet, Oracle, Restful API, Confluence, JIRA.

Senior BI/Qlikview Consultant

Working at E2E Operations department, the team responsibilities are to prepare performance reports of all Fortis's operations and to automatize data collection.

E2E Operations uses on SAS Enterprise, Oracle 11g and Qlikview.

Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

• Gather business requirements;
• Review and propose improvement of processes through automatization;
• Understand the banking business and support business report's needs;
• Build dashboards,balanced score cards and reports using Qlikview.

Senior Analyst Consultant / Qlikview Developer

Energy Market Observatory System (EMOS) constitute a powerful reporting and analysis tool gathering relevant data for the monitoring of the World Energy market. 

EMOS supports the European Commission in managing its tasks by providing relevant data and by offering a structure or methodology to monitor and develop new policies and actions on the energy market.

EMOS is built on Business Objects Data Services and Business Objects XI 3.1, Oracle 11g, Linux and Qlikview.

Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

•	Maintain and extend/expand EMOS data providers;
•	Gather business requirements next to data providers and business team;
•	Understand the energy business and support business report's needs;
•	Present and implement technical solutions;
•	Quality control and evaluation of the deliverables;
•	Project documentation;

Senior BI Consultant / Qlikview Developer

Project Manager at WeDo Technologies, in a project for the implementation of the Revenue Assurance tool (RAID 6.3) for detection of revenue leakage for Roshan Telecom (Afghanistan). The actual responsibilities are: analyses of requirements with a client, planning, change requests and delivery of the project. Managing a team of 4 developers. Intensive usage of RAID, PL/SQL, ETL tool, UNIX scripts and Java. Project is taking place in Portugal and Afghanistan.

WeDo Technologies

Project Manager/Revenue Assurance Specialist

Team Leader at WeDo Technologies, in an implementation project of Revenue Assurance tool for detection of revenue leakage for Vodafone Australia, responsible for all the delivery of the two phases of the project, in a team of 4 developers, intensive usage of RAID, PL/SQL, ETL, UNIX scripts and Java. Project took place in Portugal (6 months) and Australia (6 months).

Team Leader/Revenue Assurance Specialist

Consultant at WeDo Technologies, in projects for detection of revenue leakage in several telecom operators, earning a very detailed knowledge about the business of telecommunications.

Highlighting tree projects:
•	Analyses and development of the migration project of Revenue Office 4.1 in J2EE to RAID 6.2 for Excel Indonesia. Project which was to redeploy all the business rules and load the 7000 million CDRs per day, covering all systems of the telecommunications operator for RAID 6.2., intensive usage of PL/SQL, UNIX scripts, project took place in Portugal and Indonesia

•	Analyses and Elaboration of the proof of concept for the end customer Phone Card Warehouse, using RAID 6.1, where the objective was to deploy in three weeks all the reconciliation process. The reconciliation process was to apply the business rules to the data from various points of sale of CPW and the data supplied by Vodafone, intensive usage of PL / SQL, UNIX scripts.

•	Development of the migration project of Revenue Office 4.1 in J2EE to RAID 6.2 for Vodafone UK. Project which was to redeploy all the business rules of the 16 measurement points, covering all systems of the telecommunications operator for RAID 6.2., intensive usage of PL/SQL, UNIX scripts

Specialist in Revenue Assurance in Telecomunication business

Outsourcer Consultant at WeDo Technologies, implementing solutions for revenue assurance for several telecom operators in the world, which gave me deep knowledge over the telecommunications business, and the possibility to work abroad with another cultures for many months in many countries like Portugal, Poland, Germany, Hungary.

Experience in terms of technologies can be divided into two distinct parts:
•	Functional Consultant in software RAID, in which experience was focused on optimizing Oracle 10g database, configuration of RAID software to client needs, Unix scripts, customization of JSP and Jasper reports.

•	Functional Consultant in Software Revenue Office, where experience was focused on developing J2EE plugins for parsing the files from the measuring points in order to load data to the Oracle database, using Maven to as a deployment tool, optimizing Oracle database 10g, shell scripts.
