Marco Nascimento

Marco Nascimento is a LeanSigma expert with over three decades of experience guiding companies around the world. He received training from the Shingijutso Senseis in Japan, South America, and the United States, and is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with a Design for LeanSigma specialization. Marco has led many successful transformation projects on different industries, such as manufacturing, process, logistics, and services. He is a Certified Theory of Constraints Expert and an Open Networker. Apart from his technical certifications and experience, Marco has a master's degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Administration.

Marco is an expert in applying tolls and concepts from TPS/Lean, such as waste elimination, one-peace-flow, Kanban, TPM, 5 S, Quality Mapping, PDCA, A-3, set-up reduction, manufacturing cells, Design for Lean Sigma (2P and 3P), DFMA, House of Quality, Hoshin Kanri, chaku-chaku line, line balancing, production smoothing, JIT and Jidoka, and Poka yoke devices. He is also a PNQ Examiner and an expert in Policy Deployment implementation plans.

Marco's professional experience includes managing partner at Interagere, consultant director and partner at several consulting firms, associate consultant and IE supervisor at large manufacturing companies, and consultant at IMAM Consultoria. He is a member of CISV - São Paulo, Brazil.
