Marco Fappiano started his career in the Motor Trade in 2001 at a renowned car supermarket in Derbyshire as a customer helper, eventually elevating to the role of Customer Service Manager and then transitioning to work at a Volkswagen retailer in their Fleet department.

As a Fleet Manager, Marco excelled in nurturing staff, managing client relationships, and acquiring new customers, leading to the recognition of the Fleet department for outstanding customer service.

Specializing in Car & Van Leasing, Vehicle Procurement & Disposal, and Fleet Consultation and Management, Marco is known for his motivation, trustworthiness, and collaborative approach in understanding clients' businesses before proposing innovative solutions.

With 17 years of experience in the motor trade, Marco has embarked on establishing his own business as a Vehicle Consultant where he prioritizes providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
