Marco Castelli

Marco Castelli is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience at BTO Research SpA, currently serving as the Head of the Research Team.

With a background in Information Technology, Marco embarked on his career in 2007 at an international furniture company before progressing to roles such as Research Assistant and Adjunct Professor of Data Base Management System at the University of Milano Bicocca.

In his current role, Marco leads the Research Team in assisting CIOs and CXOs in identifying impactful IT and Digital technologies for long-term business success.

As a Project Manager, Marco handles Digital Transformation Projects from end to end, covering aspects like Pre Sales, content preparation, defining external collaborations, and overseeing content delivery.

His professional expertise includes Project Management, Team Building, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, IT Architecture, Data Modeling, and SQL.

Marco pursued a Laurea Magistrale at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a Laurea at the Università degli Studi dell'Insubria.

Throughout his career, Marco has held key roles such as Head of Research Team, Business Consultant, Business Analyst at BTO Research, and Adjunct Professor of Data Base Management Systems at the University of Milano Bicocca. He also gained experience as an IT Research Assistant at the University of Milano Bicocca and an IT System Administrator at Poliform spa.
