Marcin Niedzielski is an experienced Innovation Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverages sector.

He has successfully combined commercial and operational responsibilities on an international scale, showcasing his leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

With 15 years of team leadership experience and profit and loss responsibilities, Marcin has honed his analytical and strategic capabilities through his work with a leading global management consultancy.

Marcin Niedzielski studied High School at High School / College in Baden, Switzerland, followed by a Master's degree in Industrial Management and Manufacturing from ETH Zurich.

To further enhance his skills, he also studied Digital Marketing Leadership at Squared Online and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich.

Throughout his career, Marcin has held significant roles in various organizations, including being the CEO and Co-Founder at Agilery AG - Food Contract Manufacturing.

He has also served as the Head of Innovation and Business Development at HACO Group, General Manager at Oro de Cacao AG, and Founder & General Manager at Patiserka.pl Sp. z o.o.

Additionally, Marcin Niedzielski has held positions such as Sales & Marketing Director for South East Europe, CEE Business Development Manager, and Corporate Business Development Manager at Barry Callebaut.

Prior to his industry roles, he gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company.
