Creative Director / Leitung Kreation

As Creative Director at OSK Berlin I am focused on setting the visual language for all design related topics as well as all project based work for our clients. I am sparking connections between our other offices and their design teams to establish a strong design ecosystem at all of OSK. To bring out the most of each team member a partnership between colleagues at eye-level is a must. This is what we at OSK Berlin benefit from. From Junior to Management and the other way around. What I do besides that is to give my best to leverage the team, being more a guide, mentor and friend than a superior. This is why we have done so many great and standout projects for our clients and brands we work for.

Creative Director

As Team Lead Design at OSK Berlin, I am responsible for developing the creation department, creating a comprehensive setup for tools and workflows for our design ecosystem. I have been working on the new Identity for OSK Berlin, in all areas of application. In current projects I am focused on quality management for User Interface and Visual Design by creating excellence in all areas of Design application. My daily work also includes the development of all Designers in collaboration and agreement with the agency management. I am currently working with clients from the automotive & communication industry as well as technical startups.

Teamlead Design

As Senior Art Director UI at OSK Berlin, I was responsible for developing the Design Department, creating a comprehensive setup for digital Design Tools, Plugins and Workflows for a barrier-free Design ecosystem and management. In current projects I am focused on quality management for User Interface Design and creating excellence in all areas of Design application. My daily work also includes the further development of the Junior UI Designers and Art Directors in collaboration and agreement with the agency management. I am currently working with clients from the automotive & communication industry.

Senior Art Director / Lead Designer

As Digital Art Director at Strichpunkt Berlin, I was mainly focused on Digital & UI Design. My responsibilities included amplifying the Digital Design unit at the Berlin office, giving impetus on Digital Design tools, trends and workflows. As a part of the digital senior-team I was passionate in leading junior colleagues by defining individual goals, and solutions at eye-level. As responsible Art Director and Lead Designer I worked with clients from the finance industry – TeamBank AG (Digital Branding & Website Relaunch), easyCredit (Website Relaunch), fymio App (UI Kit); the automotive industry – WM Motor / Weltmeister (UI Kit & Digital Brand Portal); and communication industry – Hering Schuppener / Finsbury (Global Branding & Website Relaunch). Other clients were Alexander Bürkle, Audi AG, Delivery Hero - Lieferheld, BMW, Schuler, TÜV Süd, Gewobag & DRIVE Volkswagen Group Forum.
