With professional experience in international education as an adviser, consultant, and teacher, Marcial has honed his skills in project design, implementation, and management.

He is a passionate social entrepreneur who has gained valuable experience through volunteering, self-started projects, and various work experiences.

His educational journey includes studying at renowned institutions such as Pearson College UWC, KU Leuven, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Università degli Studi di Padova, Whitman College, Escuela Culinaria Las Margaritas, Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, and Colegio Suizo Americano.

Marcial has held key roles in organizations such as EducationUSA, 100,000 Strong in the Americas Initiative, Academia Europea, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and more, showcasing his versatile skill set.

His diverse roles have included being a Senior Adviser, Program Country Coordinator, English Foreign Language Teacher, Project Officer, Interpreter/Translator, Outdoor Education Instructor, Trip Leader, and Co-founder of a Youth Leadership Forum, among others.

Through his involvement in various positions, Marcial has demonstrated his expertise in areas such as international education, project management, community participation, social entrepreneurship, research, and more.
