Marci Taylor

Marci Taylor is a legal industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. She provides strategy, management, and marketing consulting services to law firms across the country. Marci is a principal at Withum and is responsible for advising law firm managing partners, department/practice leaders, and C-Suite executives on strategic planning and growth, succession planning, firm and practice management, brand strategy, marketing and business development, and client relations. Additionally, she leads law firm retreats and provides leadership and management development and marketing/business development training programs. Marci's experience as a Director, Marketing Operations in an AmLaw 100 firm and an Executive Director for a regional law firm, as well as her time in the practice of law with a firm in Philadelphia, allow her to serve as a trusted advisor to law firm leaders and guide clients towards smart growth and effective management.

Marci received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and her BA in History with a minor in Business from The University of Scranton. She is an active member of various community civic and business organizations and is the co-founder of a local thought leadership organization. Marci resides in Sedona, Arizona, and is frequently quoted in the New York Times and legal press. Her thought-provoking presentations have been featured at national and regional conferences, seminars, workshops, and retreats.
