Marci Scales is a highly experienced individual with a strong background in Industry 4.0 and IoT strategy.

Marci holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University.

Currently, Marci serves as an IoT Strategist at Integrity IoT, where she assists manufacturers and companies in understanding how Industry 4.0 is influencing their operations.

Prior to her current role, Marci held positions such as AR and Industrial IoT Expert at SunflowerLab, COO at The Hanson Method, and Owner at White Lion Ventures.

Marci's extensive career history also includes roles like Director of Business Development, Innovation Consulting, Product Development & Commercialization at Taivara, Business Development Director at Upward Brand Interactions, and Director of Mentor Relations at Endeavor Forward.

Her professional journey involved leadership positions such as Principal at DrivenReal, Partner and President at Crowdsmatter, and Founder at HaloBe.

Marci has also contributed to the tech industry as a Channel Account Manager at TechStartUp and as the Director of Women's Small Business Development Center at Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
