Marcelo Achar is a professional with a solid background in Information Technology, specializing in both traditional and agile Project Management. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-RMP, and PSM II. Marcelo has expertise in managing high-complexity projects following PMI best practices, agile methodologies, and ASAP, as well as in developing Information and Communication Technology products. His skills extend to Lean Inception, Kanban, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). He has managed projects in Telecom, IT, Research and Development, and Healthcare, handling budgeting, business plan definition, and economic feasibility studies.
