With a background in Banking and Business Economics from Università Lumsa and experience at Collegio San Giuseppe - Istituto De Merode, Marcello has honed his skills in investment analysis and venture capital.

Currently serving as an Investment Manager at LVenture Group, Marcello has a track record of screening over 1,800 start-ups and managing various invest/divest operations, totaling a €10M investment volume.

His expertise lies in scouting, executing, and managing VC investments, and he excels in working with entrepreneurs, teams, as well as executives and managers to drive projects to success.
