Marcela's expertise lies in the design and evaluation of public policy, antitrust policy, and regulation of infrastructure services. Her focus on producing knowledge to support policy-making in Latin America and the Caribbean region has been instrumental in addressing critical regional challenges. Marcela's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA from Yale University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
