Marcel van Tol is an experienced organization consultant who specializes in facilitating change management and supporting employees' development. Having worked in various organizations such as Capgemini Consulting, Turner, and the Volksbank, he has expertise in developing improvement programs, defining strategies, and designing and implementing change management plans. With a Master's degree in Beleids- en Organisatiewetenschappen and a degree in Bedrijfseconomie, economics, and management, from the Universiteit van Tilburg and Hogeschool van Utrecht, respectively, Marcel has a solid background in organizational studies.
