Marcal Young

Marcal Young is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies, having earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Arkansas Tech University. Alongside his academic achievements, he also attended Dardanelle High School in Dardanelle, Arkansas.

With a passion for community service and leadership development, Marcal Young has held various significant roles at the Boy Scouts of America. He has served as the Area Director, Scout Executive for the Caddo Area Council in Texarkana, Texas, as well as the Director of Field Service, Assistant Scout Executive, and Field Director.

Throughout his career, Marcal Young has demonstrated a commitment to youth development, outdoor education, and building strong, cohesive teams within the scouting community. His extensive experience and knowledge in scouting administration have made him a valuable asset to the organizations he has been a part of.
