Marc boasts extensive experience in national security law, public international law, and military law, having held notable roles such as acting chief counsel at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and former executive director of the American Inns of Court Foundation.
He has a rich military background, having served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and fulfilling various high-ranking legal positions within the military before his retirement.
