Marc van Oordt

Marc van Oordt is a seasoned all-round manager with extensive experience in project and program management, specializing in software and business solutions. With over twenty years of expertise in project management and systems integration, Marc has built a robust career that spans various industries and prominent organizations.

Having started his professional journey in the retail sector, Marc transitioned into consulting with Capgemini Netherlands, focusing on retail and distribution. He then expanded his horizons by working in the United States and Canada after joining the Montreal branch in 2002. Notably, from 2008 to 2015, Marc undertook significant projects at Cirque du Soleil. Subsequently, in 2015, he became part of the IT leadership team at Cirque du Soleil, leading a team of IT professionals in business solutions development and integration.

One of Marc's notable achievements includes spearheading an SAP modernization program in late 2017. In October 2018, he transitioned to Deloitte in Montreal, concentrating on Technology Consulting. A year later, he shifted his focus to building out the PMO at Nubik to support the company's growth. Following an acquisition, Marc returned to Deloitte in 2022, where he continues to assist clients and contribute to building the practice.

Marc's work is characterized by his team spirit, passion, attention to detail, big-picture perspective, commitment, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills. His proficiency extends to various ERP solutions, including SAP, as well as multiple SaaS platforms like Salesforce. Being trilingual (English, French, Dutch), Marc is adept at collaborating in international and multicultural environments.

Educationally, Marc completed an International Exchange Program in Commerce at McGill University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International/General Management at Nyenrode Business University.
