Marc Suidan, MBA, CPA, is a global tech, media, and telecom leader with a passion for driving maximum value creation for his tech clients through innovative strategies and deal executions.

His expertise lies in advising corporate and private equity clients in corporate development, M&A diligence and integration, strategy, business operations, and finance.

With a background that includes roles at PwC, McKinsey & Company, and as a co-founder of two start-ups, Marc combines his experience in technology acceleration and angel investing to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Marc is a prolific writer and speaker in the field of M&A in the Technology sector, focusing on deep tech topics, and actively engages in organizing round table events for Corporate Development Integration leaders.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Marc is deeply involved in community service, particularly in youth education, through his role on the Board of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and leadership in its Innovation Committee.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from McGill University.

A dedicated traveler, Marc has explored over 40 countries, speaks 5 languages, and aims to visit 100 countries to join the centurion club. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and children.
