Marc Stollmeyer

Marc Stollmeyer is the CEO and co-founder of Inspired Flight Technologies, Inc., a drone (sUAS) manufacturer that serves both commercial and Federal markets. He is a robotics engineering specialist who has accumulated vast experience working on world championship winning robots, nanometer scale robotic actuation, advanced remote vehicle design, and operation. Marc's commitment to safety, adaptability, and results led him to build a team of experts to revolutionize the US drone industry.

Marc studied Mechanical Engineering at Santa Barbara City College, Competitive Strategic Design at FIRST Robotics, and Atascadero High School. His wide-ranging expertise and knowledge in robotics have enabled him to work on various projects, from building championship winning robots to designing nanoscale robotic actuation technology. Before co-founding Inspired Flight, Marc founded and served as CEO of Stollmeyer Technologies, LLC. He also held several job positions, including Mechanical Engineer Intern/Associate at Multiprobe, Associate Mechanical Design Engineer at DCG Systems, and Strategic Analyst at FRC Team 973.

Marc's passion for robotics and innovation led him to become the Administrator of the SBCC MakerSpace before co-founding Inspired Flight. As the current CEO, Marc has overseen the development of drone technologies that have been utilized to transform various industries.
