Marc Steinlin
Marc Steinlin is a highly educated professional with a Master's degree in Sociology and International Relations from the University of Zurich. He also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in development studies from ETH Zurich.
With over eight years of experience at Helvetas, Swiss Association for International Cooperation, Marc has served as a Knowledge Manager, leading a comprehensive knowledge management initiative across the organization, and specializing in human rights issues, project management, change management, and facilitation.
In 2006, Marc established his consultancy firm in South Africa, offering services in facilitation, change management/system transformation, design thinking, working with complexity, knowledge management, human resource development, organizational and program management, human rights, and international development cooperation.
His academic pursuits include studying Executive MSc in Cities, Urban Studies/Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Master of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs at Stellenbosch University, Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Development and Cooperation at ETH Zürich, and Master of Arts in Sociology/International Relations with Summa cum Laude honors at Universität Zürich.
Currently, Marc is the Managing Director at COMPLEX(c)ity, after previously holding positions such as Managing Partner at IngeniousPeoplesKnowledge Consultants CC and Knowledge Manager at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation. He also interned at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.
