Marc St-Pierre is a seasoned and visionary IT manager specializing in restructuring complex or inefficient business architectures and optimizing corporate management systems. He excels in unifying stakeholders from various departments to build reliable and functional solutions, breaking down administrative silos and ensuring accurate information delivery.
