* Financial Advisor to Company when it consisted of four employees and operated in the Founder’s home.  Became CFO after completion of Series A Financing.
* Built and led the Company’s finance and accounting processes including budgeting/forecasting, tax, cash management, financial reporting, and internal controls through a two year period of hyper growth in revenues and employees.
* Created and managed Employee Stock Option Plan; Negotiated all banking loans and agreements.

* Responsible for the Company’s Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Recruiting, MIS, Facilities and Administrative teams through period of growth from 8 to 250 employees.
* Built and led the Company’s accounting processes and systems including internal controls, financial and SEC reporting, budgeting/forecasting, tax, and cash management.
* Member of Executive Management Team which completed three rounds of private financing and a successful IPO raising in excess of $80 million in total funds.
* Led process to prepare Form S-1, working closely with investment bankers, accountants, and attorneys to become effective with the SEC prior to our initial public offering.
* Administered Sequoia’s Employee Stock Option Plan from inception to termination and subsequent payout upon closing of Citrix merger.
* Negotiated and managed all debt financing including Equipment Lines, Lines of Credit, Receivable Factoring, and Equipment Leasing.
