Marc Levy is re-joining Intermountain Healthcare, where he started his career 30 years ago as a healthcare provider, as Senior Consultant for Leadership and Organizational Development. He believes in the 'evolved' workplace that values and develops human capital through recruitment, continuous development, and balancing profits with long-term vision. With 20+ years of experience in talent and organizational development, he offers corporate training, executive and employee coaching, organizational development consulting, leadership development, team building, group facilitation, program and career transition consulting, among other talents. A Psychology graduate from the University of Cincinnati with honors, Marc has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. He has also been a Manager of Human Resources at Northern Arizona University, Director of Organizational Development & Performance at Owens Community College, and Associate Professor of Organizational Development & Training at Southern Oregon University.
