Marc Janowitz

Marc Janowitz is the Principal Designer and Founder of E26 Design, a New York-based lighting and production design firm specializing in concerts, live events, television, and media. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has collaborated with prominent artists such as My Morning Jacket, Trey Anastasio, The Lumineers, and Sufjan Stevens. His work also extends to television specials and concert films for notable comedians like Bo Burnham, Chris Rock, and Ali Wong. Additionally, he served as the production and lighting designer for Netflix's Emmy-winning "Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj".13

Marc's career began at a young age when he discovered his passion for lighting design. He later earned a degree in Philosophy from Boston University. He spent over a decade as part of the design team for the Blue Man Group, contributing to their global projects. His approach to design emphasizes creating unique visual experiences that enhance storytelling through light.13
