Marc Israel

Marc Israel is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in antitrust law, specializing in M&A, cartels, and antitrust litigation.

With a diverse client portfolio spanning industries like building materials, consumer goods, and hi-tech, Marc offers expert advice to clients ranging from private equity firms to corporations dealing with merger, joint venture, and cartel-related matters.

His expertise extends to handling cross-border cases for both UK and international clients, representing them before competition authorities and courts in the UK and Europe.

Marc has a strong educational background, having studied Economics, Modern and Medieval Languages, and History at St John's College, Cambridge, and also at City of London School for Boys.

Currently a Partner at White & Case LLP, Marc Israel has previously held leadership positions at Macfarlanes, serving as Partner and Head of Competition Group, as well as starting his career as a Solicitor at the same firm after being a Trainee at Slaughter and May.
