Marc Hanover

Marc Hanover is a successful entrepreneur and Founder of Union Main Group, a private holding company focusing on platform buildups of small companies.

With a background in healthcare and finance, Mr. Hanover has founded three healthcare companies, including GTx Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, Surgical Navigation Technologies, a medical device company, and AnovoRx, a pharmacy distributor.

In addition, he has also established two financial services companies, Crossroads Mortgage Company and Shapiro Settlement Solutions, now known as Archer Systems.

Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Hanover spent 12 years at National Bank of Commerce (now SunTrust) and held senior roles, culminating in a position as Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Management Committee.

He holds a degree in Biology and an MBA in Finance from The University of Memphis.

Currently, Marc Hanover serves as an Operating Partner at Union Main, overseeing strategic initiatives and business development.
