In terms of organizational affiliations, Marc currently holds the position of Vice President, Public Sector at Apex Technology Management, a New Charter Technologies Company. He previously served in various significant roles such as Assistant Chief of Police at the City of Beverly Hills, President of the California Peace Officers' Association, Police Captain, Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, and Police Officer/Narcotic Detective at the Sacramento Police Department.
