- Preparation and leading of tenders, contracts execution;

Main responsibilities:
- Managing of work of the HSE department
- Supervision for compliance of environmental legislation on IKEA Construction site (MEGA Ufa);
- Organization and management of all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems at the plant to ensure the sustainable functioning of the system in accordance with legislative and corporate requirements;
- Management of HSE system in the organization, monitoring the work on environmental protection in accordance with the Russian legislation requirements;
- Implementation and support of corporate standards for HSE protection;
- Supervise and control compliance of Russian legislation and IKEA rules by General contractor - Renaissance Construction and its subcontractors;
- Organization and implementation of the necessary training programs on labor protection, safety, fire and electrical safety, civil defense and emergency situations;
- Organization and control of preventive measures to eliminate hazardous and harmful production factors at the company's workplaces;
- Implement measures to achieve KPI in the areas of HSE protection;
- Organize the investigation of injuries, incidents and risks, develop and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;
- Work on medical checks process organization (obligatory, pre-employment, periodical, etc.);
- Organization of the process for employees' provision with all the necessary Personal Protection Equipment and uniform, tracking of the PPE and collective protection equipment condition and quality;

- Organization and management of all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems at the plant to ensure the sustainable functioning of the system in accordance with legislative and corporate requirements;
- Management of HSE system in the organization, monitoring the work on environmental protection in accordance with the Russian legislation requirements;
- Conduct internal audits of the company's divisions, prepare reports on the results of audits, develop corrective plans and measures, and monitor their implementation.
