Prior to these roles, she served as an Engineering Manager at Software AG, where she made significant contributions as a Change Agent for webMethods RnD. Additionally, she has held positions as a Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at webMethods Inc, showcasing her diverse skill set.

Earlier in her career, Manuela worked as a Consultant at Accenture- Center for Strategic Technology and as a Software Engineer at Motorola within the Cellular Infrastructure Group.
