His expertise includes various innovations such as L1&L2 network interoperability, secure data exchange, on-chain identity verification, on-chain IoT payments, utility NFT's, zkP rules engines, and more.

Manuel holds a diverse educational background with studies in MA Political Sciences from Ghent University, certificates in Cyber Security from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Fintech from Copenhagen Business School, Business Administration and Management from ESCP Europe, and Law from Universidade de Coimbra.
