Known for his commitment to offering a personalized yet approachable hospitality experience, Manuel co-founded Pirata Group with Christian in 2014, focusing on outstanding service and traditional values. As the CEO of Pirata Group, Manuel oversees a diverse portfolio of eleven brands and fifteen venues in Hong Kong, with plans for further expansion both locally and internationally.
