He is a Master's degree holder in various fields such as Advanced Studies of Brain and Behavior, Neuropsychology and Human Machine Interaction. Manuel has diverse knowledge and experience in Human Factors, Medical Device Usability Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Research, Ergonomics Design, Mental load Assessment, and many more.

He believes that humans' interaction with technology needs to be designed closer to their nature through evolutionary design and emotions to diminish cognitive effort and errors, enhance performance, efficiency and productivity. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations such as Solutia Digital Health, Die Ergonomie Experten, and Andalusian Health Quality Agency, to name a few.
