Manuel Figueroa

Manuel Figueroa is an accomplished Engineer with an expertise in Electronic Control Systems. He obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering from the prestigious Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. After finishing his studies, he took a Diploma in Project Management and Evaluation from Universidad de Chile. With more than two decades of experience in the technology sector, Manuel has developed his career in different areas, including project management, process re-engineering, technology development, and leadership of user and development teams. He co-founded Korolabs, where his technological transformation and innovation projects earned him the CEO title. He has also been involved as a CIO and Head of Information Systems in various large companies including TCS Chile, Ripley S.A., and Multicaja S.A. in the past. His talent in managing groups of different generations and integrating multicultural environments has helped him to excel in his various leadership roles.
