Manu holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) specializing in Intellectual Property, Commerce & Technology Laws from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lamar University, and a LL.B, which is equivalent to a J.D., from the University of Kerala.

In the past, Manu Nair has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Mayo Clinic and Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. At Mayo Clinic, Manu has served as the Chair and Head of Corporate Development, Chair of US Clinical Practice & High Value Opportunities, Vice Chair of High Value Opportunities in Corporate Development, Senior Licensing Manager at Mayo Clinic Ventures, and Technology Licensing Manager. Manu has also worked as the Vice President of Technology Ventures at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
