With a background in Apparel & Footwear, Wine & Spirits, and Food & Beverage sectors, Manu has excelled in roles from the shop floor to the boardroom across Asia, UK, New Zealand, and Australia.

Currently serving as the National Continuous Improvement Lead at Coca Cola Australia, he spearheads Business Transformation and Change initiatives nationwide.

Prior to his role at Coca Cola, Manu held the position of National Continuous Improvement Manager at Accolade Wines, a leading wine producer in Australia and globally.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale Transformation and Improvement projects, overseeing the value stream from Viticulture to distribution.

Manu Liyanarachchi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and studies in Management Accounting.
